Vivaldi Support center

In order to raise the level of our service we have launched an online support center in the course of February 2011. All clients were comprehensively informed of the arrival of this new interactive platform.

BeamYourScreen

In order to be of better service to you, our help desk staff sometimes use the product BeamYourScreen to be able to see, or take over your desktop. If you are asked to, you can click on the "Join Session" button below to start a remote session. The help desk employee will then inform you of the access code (Session ID).
