Can I purchase or hire these formats separately?

The answer depends on the edition of our software you choose. You will find the specific answer per edition below:

Vivaldi QMS On-premises

If you choose to purchase the software and install it on your own server, you can choose which formats you start with: Document Control, Process2Flow and/or Training Manager. Afterwards you can purchase an additional basic module, extra user licenses or options at any time. The user licenses are always valid for all modules purchased.

Hire format - Vivaldi QMS Online

This hire format is often also referred to as SaaS, which stands for Software as a Service. The modules “Vivaldi Document Control Online”, “Vivaldi Process2Flow Online” and "Vivaldi Training Manager Online" are available within this hire format. The software is installed on the Vivaldi Software servers in a secure data center and is available via the web interface(s) and Terminal Services. At the start-up you can choose to start up one or both modules. Afterwards you can purchase an additional module, or extra user accounts at any time. There is no limit to the number of user accounts. The user accounts are only valid for all activated modules.
