Do all employees require a license?

The answer depends on the edition of our software you choose. You will find the specific answer per edition below:

Vivaldi QMS On-premises

For Document Control only the users who have to be able to edit, assess and/or publish require a user license. A license is also required for the specific manager functions (statistics, distribution matrix). User who only have to be able to consult (via the web interface or via links from your own applications or intranet) do not require a license.

For Process2Flow, only the users who have to be able to edit, carry out a step in a process and/or access statistics need a user license. Users who only have to be able to consult (via the optional Web interface) or register a process (e.g. register a complaint) do not require a license.

For Training Manager only the users who have to be able to change the details of the training and skills and/or access statistics require a user license. Users who only have to asses a completed training (via the optional web interface) or wish to register for a planned training do not require a license.
