Municipality of Zwevegem: testimonial by a satisfied customer

zwevegemZwevegem is located in the south of the Belgian province ofWest-Flanders, between the Scheldt and the Leie rivers and is easily accessible because of the proximity of the railway (Kortrijk Station) and the motorway E17 (A14). The Northwestern part of the municipality, about a quarter of the area, is urban and is adjacent to the industrial Leie valley (Kortrijk, Harelbeke). In the east, and particularly in the south (the Scheldt valley), Zwevegem still has a rural feel. The open space is designated as an “area of landscape importance” (municipal districts of Otegem and Sint-Denijs).

Luc Velghe, Head of ICT - Municipality of Zwevegem:

luc_velghe“The municipality of Zwevegem has been using Vivaldi Process2Flow since 2006 for post and notification registration (including follow-up of complaints), following up work orders and internal training requests. About one hundred people across all services work with the application on a daily basis. The power and flexibility of Process2Flow allows us to accommodate several separate processes in one central application. Vivaldi Process2Flow allows users to retrieve user details more quickly and the turnaround time of the processes has been significantly reduced. The job order can be followed up more accurately and more consistently, the mail arrives more quickly (digitally), and this is all achieved with a lot less paper than before.”
