Cosucra: testimonial of a satisfied Vivaldi QMS client

Our group purchased the Vivaldi Quality Management Software in 2002, to organize and computerize the management of nonconformities. The software was used by about twenty people in the early phase and was implemented further step by step. The knowledge we gained from the software and the comprehensive settings allowed us to set up flows for other applications fairly soon (following up on requests by clients, internal complaints, internal audits).

The Document Control module was also implemented, more specifically as a solution for a general document control. Vivaldi Document Control allowed us to achieve a greater level of interaction between people on the work floor and the documents they use on a daily basis, which meant the number of users doubled. The upgrade to the new version was completed in December 2005. Despite the fact that Non-conformities 3.0 was absorbed by the much more comprehensive Vivaldi Process2Flow module, this changeover occurred without major problems for our users. The flows which are free to design and the fields which are free to define allow us to make changes to the software to suit our specific requirements.

Our next step will undoubtedly be the implementation of the TrainingManager module.
