Plastruco Technics is an ISO TS 16949 certified company specialized in managing the construction of die-casting moulds and the manufacture of specialized plastic components for various industries including the automotive industry.

In 2006 Plastruco Technics implemented the Vivaldi Quality Management Software-modules Document Control and Process2Flow. Kris Koninckx (Quality Assurance Engineer at that time), was responsible for setting up the system and wrote the following testimonial. The company still works with the Vivaldi QMS software today.

“The Vivaldi Software package offers a very broad basis, which allows systems to be developed according to the needs of the company relatively easily. The document control system is the perfect package to control, edit and check documents. The built in “task application” ensures you are continuously reminded of revisions and approvals. It offers you the opportunity of reducing the paper chase, which can be troublesome at times.

The Process2Flow module is an absolute bonus and a must-have. Any conceivable process in any conceivable organization can be set up with this system. Ranging from a flow with 2 steps to a complete approval process of an automotive product (APQP/PPAP). The software also forces the user to follow the flow which means the delivery of end products to the client is given much more structure and runs more accurately. Vivaldi's simple import tool allows us to retrieve data from our ERP system Navision. In the future there will even be a continuous interaction between Vivaldi and Navision, via MS-SQL .

The excellent and friendly support of the customer service allows for quick and simple clarification of small problems which are not immediately clear in the comprehensive and very flexible package. The 2 day training which we added to our order were more than enough to implement the entire package within 1 months' time.
