Free form design thanks to powerful components

  • You decide which details you wish to keep on your complaint form:
    • simple fields such as: text field, memo field, drop-down menus, checkbox...
    • fields with links to tables; these tables can be created in the Process2Flow database but can also be a “view” of external data sources
    • ready to use data structures such as: attachments, linked processes, cost data...
  • The lay-out of the form is also completely up to you: you decide where you position each field.

Data security

  • Decide which fields are visible, editable and/or mandatory at each stage of the complaint process.
  • Decide on the editing and access rights for the different users.

Standard letters, e-mails and data reports
