1995	Vivaldi Software is founded early in 1995 by Peter De Brabandere and Dominique Vermeulen, still the two current shareholders.
	The Belgian steel holder Buysmetal from Harelbeke (Belgium), a subsidiary company of Klöckner holding, contacts Vivaldi Software to look for a software solution for the creation and maintenance of their quality policy manual (ISO 9002). Vivaldi Software decides to develop a tailor-made solution.
1996	Vivaldi Software decides to develop a standard solution starting from the tailor-made solution for Buysmetal ("BKS" ). Vivaldi QMS is born...
1998	Vivaldi QMS Document Control 2.0 is released: a full "32 bit" application.
1999	Vivaldi Software makes its first steps on the international market: the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
2000	Vivaldi Software decides to develop an additional solution: "Non-conformities". Vivaldi Software launches version 3.0 of "Document control".
2001	Two brand new solutions are released: "Training Manager" and the “Intranet-client for Document Control".
2003	Vivaldi Software moves to their new headquarters.
2005	Vivaldi QMS 4.0 is released: a new version of Document Control, Training Manager and last but not least the, new Workflow & collaboration solution: Process2Flow©   Vivaldi QMS 4.0 - Regulatory Compliance Software: a new standard is born.
	The "Official" distribution channel of Vivaldi QMS in the Netherlands is set up during November 2005.
2007	Vivaldi Software is represented in Switzerland, USA, Portugal and Lithuania.
2008	Vivaldi Software is represented in Nigeria.
