User friendly standard solution

Vivaldi Training Manager is a complete module for the management and processing of trainings and skills, fully conform to the regulations of the ISO9001:2000 standard.

In a simple, user-friendly way you complete all data on training and skills and process it. The data is linked to the users and to the organization chart, which means that everything is neatly integrated.

All necessary data is centralized

For each training you have access to all the information necessary for you to be able to monitor data linked to your training in a structured way. You can even map all training costs.

With built-in statistics, MS Office and other Business Intelligence Tools, the most complex questions on your training can be answered in a few seconds:

  • Who has followed what?
  • Who has to follow what?
  • Who has which skills?
  • How much of the training budget is still available?
  • ...

Link training to follow to functions (organization chart)

Link required training to functions within the organization chart. In this way you can see immediately which training a new employee has to follow.

Training calendar

On a well-organized calendar you have an overview of when training is taking place. Each user can also take a look at his personal training calendar.

Skills Management

You link skills achieved and the respective skill levels to each employee.
You can link skills required to each function.

Tasks using 'Actions & Tasks'

All tasks generated by Vivaldi Training Manager (such as the assessment of trainings followed, notification of trainings that you have been enrolled on...) appear in the centralized ‘Actions & Tasks’. This application is used with all modules and shows each user an overview of all pending and finished tasks.

You can link these actions and tasks to your mail server (MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, etc.) so that each user is notified of pending tasks.

Or would you prefer to use the Agent that notifies you of new tasks from the tray?
