Shortcuts, favourites & search function
Each user can bookmark his/her own set of documents in their ‘favourites’. Users can open their frequently used documents with a single click of the mouse.
The powerful search function enables you to find the correct document rapidly every time. Search on author, title, code, version number, publication date...
When using the full version of MS SQL Server as a database platform, you can even search for keywords inside documents of the most common file types (MS Word, MS Excel, Acrobat PDF, MS PowerPoint...)

Consultation using an Intranet or the Internet
Allows users to consult documents using the Intranet client, even if they are on the other side of the world.
All the consultation functions of the standard Windows client are preserved: tree structure, advanced search functions, shortcuts, favourites...

Configurable flow
You yourself can define how documents have to be assessed before you publish them:
- no assessment required
- a one step parallel assessment by one or more users
- two steps using assessment and final approval

History and archive
All changes to and consultations ofdocuments are logged in the history. Old versions are archived automatically. |

Functional organization chart
All responsibilities, distribution lists... are linked to functions within the organization chart.
